Tammy was born in Calgary and moved to Saskatchewan in 1980.
Although she lived and went to school in Saskatchewan, all her extended family (6 grandparents, 13 aunts and uncles, and countless cousins) lived in or close to Calgary. She spent every summer on her grandparent’s ranch (riding horses, moving cattle, milking cows) near Okotoks.
When they were not working on the ranch, they were often driving through to the Crowsnest Pass where her aunt, uncle, and grandfather lived.
In 2005, she started servicing the local area as there was simply not a lot of ‘choice’ or best rate options available locally.
We understand that many smaller communities and towns in Alberta have local banks and credit unions available. These limited options may not always have the best mortgage rates, choice, flexible options, or be able to meet your tight time restrictions for mortgage approval and possession date.
That is where we come in. We have been servicing smaller towns in Alberta, and specifically the Crowsnest Pass since 2005.
Tammy is a licensed mortgage professional in Alberta and takes her relationships with her clients in Alberta very seriously. Long before ‘working remotely’ she had streamlined processes that simplified the process from application to completion. Furthermore, today’s advancements of ‘working from anywhere have allowed her to build strong, streamlined, quick, and easy methods and strategies for her clients no matter where they may be.
We serve clients in all of Alberta and Saskatchewan
