I quickly realized I was a Saskatchewan girl through and through!

Back in Saskatoon, it was time to make a career move... I would have never guessed that the new path I was going to choose would lead me
Into a career that I have an absolute passion for!

I was hired for a Maternity leave position for a finance company. I worked as an administrator and learned the ropes of the finance world.
Once that position lapsed I moved to a position as a Lending Specialist and later became a top producing Mortgage Specialist.
With experience under my belt, it was apparent to me very quickly, that the products and rates that I was offering were not a good fit for the clients needs.

I was given the opportunity to start working as a Mortgage Broker, which meant creating my own “policies”, my own customer service standards, not having to follow one particular “bank procedure”
All while offering the best products and rates on the market!  I jumped in feet first & have enjoyed every moment.

I continue to increase my education and knowledge of the mortgage & banking industry daily. 
I continue to be merited as a Top Producer in Canada for TMG: The Mortgage Group.
What this means for my clients: Confidence that I have the ability to complete their mortgage transaction seamlessly. My clients trust me & continue to refer their friends & family to my office.

It is rewarding to know that my staff are Experts at everything related to the mortgage industry.

Russ will work alongside with Tammy to position clients mortgage financing needs. Russ has 15 years of customer service and sales experience. His broad knowledge of the Real Estate and Mortgage Industry are a huge asset to our team.
